There are 2 modes of authoring in AEM Touch UI Classic UI Touch UI Screen: Adobe introduced touch ui in AEM 5.6. The main advantage of Touch UI is that the pages can be edited on all devices like Mobile,Tablet,Desktop. This contains all the screens in classic ui but just Adobe segregated with new UI.
